This static website

The project planner and enquiry form prepare information in your browser. They do not submit it to a server or store it in browser storage. Downloading creates a file on your device. If an email option is configured, it opens a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send it.

The guided planner is not a live AI model. An externally hosted chat widget or booking service, when connected, has its own privacy terms. Opening it can send data to that provider. Hosting providers may process routine access logs.

Project data and hosting

During discovery, confirm which system stores each field, the selected product and hosting region, access roles, retention and deletion, and every integration destination. Do not assume all Freshworks products or AI features use the same region or processing arrangements.

People remain accountable

• Escalate uncertainty and unresolved cases
• Test failures as well as the happy path
• Review answer quality and automation logs regularly
